Ornate wood frame with metal wire in back for hanging.
Looks to be oil on canvas.

CONDITION:
Good vintage condition with light signs of wear and weathering from age.
Light scuffs on frame and some light fading of paint in a few spots.
Overall no major flaws, chips or cracks in painting and frame.
